An online video streaming service that provides access to titles on a subscription basis for educational use. Content is selected by faculty to support teaching and learning.
NFB Campus gives instructors and students access to over 3,600 titles and an extensive bank of teaching tools, including notes on the appropriate curriculum and grade level.
The service also offers educators the capacity to create chapters and playlists in advance, facilitating classroom use of NFB resources.
**PLEASE NOTE: YOU NEED TO CREATE AN NFB ACCOUNT TO USE NFB FEATURES SUCH AS CHAPTERS AND PLAYLISTS**
Follow instructions on NFB site to create account.
Choose "NSCAD University" from drop-down list of subscribing institutions.
Faculty and instructors may reserve DVDs and other materials for courses by sending requests to reserves@nscad.ca . Please let us know a few weeks in advance, and we will put them aside for your students to use, and will ensure that they are available when you need them.
To make a request for us to purchase new DVDs or other materials, please allow at least two weeks from the time you make the request, and we will try to source the items.

First check for the video you are looking for in NSCAD's Novanet Library Catalogue. If you cannot find the title then check this spreadsheet. The majority of our DVD's are catalogued in Novanet, however we have some older titles that are on this spreadsheet, and are in the process of being catalogued.
